Contact form: name, email address, company and your message — used solely to answer your enquiry. Server and security logs: IP address, timestamps and technical request data, kept short-term to operate and protect the service. We collect nothing else and we do not buy or sell personal data.
3. Cookies & analytics
This site uses only technically necessary cookies plus privacy-friendly, anonymous traffic analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that do not track you across sites and do not build profiles. You can withdraw or change your cookie choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
4. Legal basis & purpose
We process contact-form data to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Security logging is based on our legitimate interest in operating a safe service.
5. Sharing & processors
Data is processed on infrastructure operated by Equant AG in Switzerland. We use Cloudflare, Inc. as content-delivery and security provider; traffic therefore transits Cloudflare's network under standard contractual safeguards. We never disclose your data to third parties for marketing.
6. Retention
Contact enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate follow-up, then deleted. Technical logs are retained for a short rolling window.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and receive your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland the FDPIC, in the EU your local data-protection authority. Write to [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
